Genome wide gene expression profiles of Drosophila metastatic cultured tumors

ABSTRACT: Clones in the intestinal adult stem cell population mutant for Apc and Apc2, and over-expressing RasV12 and Snail are able to disseminate outside the gut and form macrometastases. These macrometastases can be cultured in allografts. This data shows the changes in gene expression profile of culturde tumors after 1, 2 and 10 (T1, T2, T10) rounds of allograft transplantation
