Transcriptomics analysis of the impact of CSRP2 loss in human breast cancer cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: CSRP2 is an actin-bundling protein essential for assembly of invadopodia. We observed that it is also present in the nucleus and its knock-down results in decreased expression of MMPs important in the invasive or metastatic process. Therefore, we sought to examine the transcriptomic impact of loss of CSRP2 in human breast cancer cells.
