Cyclin C Regulated Oxidative Stress Responsive Transcriptome

ABSTRACT: We report the findings from RNA-seq analysis in oxidatively stressed cells, in addition to findings from RNA-seq analysis in cells deleted for cyclin C. A total of 20-30% of genes regulated by cyclin C are responsive to oxidative stress.
