ABSTRACT: To investigate the mechanism underlying the effect of Brn2-loss we extracted mRNA from Braf-Pten-Brn2-wt, Braf-Pten-Brn2-het, and Braf-Pten-Brn2-hom mouse melanomas and performed microarray-based transcriptome analysis.
