ABSTRACT: We report here chromatin related factor Whsc1 links pluripotency exit and mesendodermal differentiation. We performed RNA-seqs to compare Whsc1+/+ and Whsc1-/- embryonic stem cells (ESCs) to compare the transcriptomes.
