Investigation of transcriptional changes in cells expressing different levels of MeCP2

ABSTRACT: MeCP2 is transcriptional regulator, however the mechanism is not fully understood. This study uses various levels of MeCP2 in human neurons to discover mechanism of MeCP2 action. The transcriptional data are used to correlate with methylation status of genes.
