RNA-sequence of epithelial-specific Yap conditional knock out mouse lung

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to identify the roles of epithelial Yap in lung bronchial morphogenesis. We conditionlly knocked out Yap in lung epithelial cells using the SPC-Cre allele, and sequenced mRNA from E14.5 total lung.
