ABSTRACT: Genome-scale DNA methylation profiling using the Infinium DNA methylation 450K BeadChip platform and samples from gastric cancer (intestinal and diffuse), precursor lesions (multifocal chronic atrophic gastritis and inestina metaplasia), non-atrophic gastritis and normal gastric mucosa.
