Gene expression analysis of human CD34+ ALL cells cultured with or without gabapentin

ABSTRACT: To clarify the global gene expression alteration in primary CD34+ ALL cells after BCAA metabolism inhibition, CD34+ AML cells were treated with or without gabapentin in vitro. After 9-12 hours of culture with or without gabapentin, FACS-purified CD34+ ALL cells were subjected to transcriptome analysis.

To clarify how BCAA metabolism affect the gene expression of human acute leukemia cells, we examined the gene expression alteration in human acute leukemia cell lines in control and BCAA-resrticted culture conditions.

Label-free quantitative proteome of AML CD34+ and mobilized PB CD34+ cells

Project description:The label-free quantitative proteome was generated for 42 primary AML patient samples enriched for CD34+ cells (or mononuclear cells in the case of NPMcyt sameples) and as controls 6 mobilized peripheral blood CD34+ cells were included. Furthermore, 6 AML cell lines were included, and also primary mesenchymal stem cells grown under normaoxia or hypoxia were included.
