ABSTRACT: Background: Bladder-sparing trimodality therapy (TMT) is an alternative to radical cystectomy (RC) for muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC), and biomarkers to inform therapy selection are needed. Objective: To evaluate immune and stromal signatures in MIBC treated with TMT.
