Gene expression analysis of TRuC-T and CAR-T cells in response to tumor antigen stimulation

ABSTRACT: Analysis of gene expression profile of CD19-specific TRuC and CAR T-cells, before and after co-culture with CD19-positive Raji tumor cells for 4 hours. T cells were generated with T cells from 3 healthy donors. The study was done with NanoString Gene Expression Assay - Human Immunology V2 CodeSet.
