The landscape of transcription initiation across latent and lytic KSHV genomes

ABSTRACT: Precise promoter annotation is required for understanding the mechanistic basis of transcription initiation. Here we use RAMPAGE to profile genome wide KSHV transcription initiation events, which will provide basis for further virus transcripts expression studies.
