Expression data from LEF siRNA transfected Jurkat cells

ABSTRACT: To identify novel target genes regulated by LEF1 transcription factor in T-ALL, we examined changes in the genome-wide gene expression profile by microarray in siRNA mediated LEF1 knockdown Jurkat cells. We used microarray to determine the differential gene expression in LEF downregulated Jurkat cells by LEF1 siRNA.
