NanoString mRNA Profiling of Aptamer- and Antibody-Isolated CD8 Mock and CAR T Cells

ABSTRACT: The goal of this study was to see if isolating CD8 T cells from PBMCs with a DNA aptamer versus an antibody would have 1) any immediate transcriptional affect on freshly isolated T cells and 2) any downstream transcriptional affect on a manufactured CD19 CAR T cell product.
