Gene expression in human adipose tissue derived stromal cells (ADSC) after exposure to hypoxia

ABSTRACT: Analysis of mRNA expression in ADSCs exposed to severe hypoxia. Hypothesis tested that hypoxia stimulates the expression of angiogenesis and neurogenesis-related genes in cultured ADSC. These data provide important information allowing to explain the role of ADSC in the stimulation of tissue regeneration
