CGH analysis of DENA-induced liver tumor in pigs (Sus scrofa)

ABSTRACT: We have employed aCGH analysis of tumor tissue compared to non-tumourous tissue in pigs treated with diethylnitrosamine (DENA). Beside other liver tumors angiosarcoma-like tumors were observed in the DENA-treated livers.
