Novel analogs of the Quassinoid family inhibitor for treatment of hematologic malignancies

ABSTRACT: Our study is to reveal the molecular mechanism associated with Brusatol-mediated inhibition. RNA-Seq experiment was performed with Brusatol-treated EBV-transformed LCLs to investigate its ability to regulate the cellular transcription program.
