BEN-solo factors partition active chromatin to ensure proper gene activation in Drosophila

ABSTRACT: We generated ChIP-seq datasets for four transcriptional regulators, Elba1, Elba2, Elba3 and Insv from wild-type, cognate mutants and non-cognate mutants. We generated ChIP-nexus data for these four factors. We produced RNA-seq and PRO-seq data from wild-type and mutant embryos.
