Genome-wide expression analysis of mesenchymal stem cells isolated from clinical donors in response to FGF2 binding heparan sulfate

ABSTRACT: Effect of FGF2 binding heparan sulfate on mesenchymal stem cells was studied and found to influence potency. Gene expression profiling was then performed to undertand its response at the transcriptome level.
