CD44s regulated miRNAs in head and neck cancer cells.

ABSTRACT: To investigate the function of the microRNAs involved in drug resistance in head and neck cancer, we overexpressed CD44s gene and GFP gene into oral squamous cancer cell line, SAS-3.4 cells. The phenotypes were analyzed and transcriptome of them were investigated.
