PELP1 regulate medulloblastoma progression via NF-κB pathway
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We examined the transcriptional changes modulated by Proline Glutamic acid and Leucine rich Protein 1 (PELP1) by performing global transcriptome analysis. Daoy medulloblastoma cells were transduced with control shRNA or PELP1 shRNA lentiviral particles and the RNA was isolated and utilized for RNA-seq analysis. Our results demonstrated that PELP1 modulated genes were related to inflammatory processes and extra cellular matrix such as inhibition of matrix metalloproteases, toll like receptor signaling, TNFR2 signaling, IL-8 signaling and NF-kB signaling.
