Contrasting gene expression profiles of monocytes and lymphocytes from Peste-des-petits-ruminants virus infected goats

ABSTRACT: We have used RNA-Seq to examine lymphocytes and monocytes expression profiles in goats infected with PPRV (Izatnagar94), suggesting its important functions in immune response during virus infection.
