HCV infection of adult hepatocytes results in temporally structured transcriptional responses which partially overlap with the IRF1 regulon

ABSTRACT: We describe the adult hepatocyte response to initial HCV infection and detect temporal perturbations in the transcriptional landscape which correlate with known shifts in replication site location. We also describe an expanded IRF1 regulon and quantify the intrinsic and inducible component in PHHs.
