Expression profile of COUP-TFII overexpressing mouse ventral midbrain

ABSTRACT: Elevated COUP-TFII levels are found in Parkinson’s disease. COUP-TFII overexpression in mouse dopaminergic neurons caused neurodegeneration. The goal of this study is to identify molecular mechanisms of COUP-TFII-mediated cell death through RNAseq.
