SYMPK is essential for meiosis in mouse germ cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Because SYMPK has been reported to regulate the alternative splicing (AS) in somatic cells(293 cells), we asked whether SYMPK also regulates AS in germ cells. Whole transcriptome RNA-seq analysis was performed using total RNA extracted from wt and Sympk cKOStra8-Cre testes.
