ABSTRACT: Mice Pam3CSK4-stimulated bone marrow derived macrophages with DA or not genome.Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis showed that the most prominent downregulated pathway upon DA treatment was NF-kappaB signaling pathway. Consistently, the heatmap analysis displayed significantly decreased expression in many genes associated with NF-kappaB signaling and inflammation, such as Il6, Tnf, Il12b, Il1b, and Ccl5
