Targeted RNA-sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of RB and E2F3 in mouse Sertoli cells


ABSTRACT: A Sertoli cell specific knockout of retinoblastoma protein (SC-RbKO) results in a complete disruption of spermatogenesis in mice. In this project the SC-RbKO mice were cross-bred with E2F3 floxed mice to see if a double knockout would rescue the phenotype associated with RB loss.
