The Parkinson's disease associated mutation LRRK2-G2019S affects astrocyte specification

ABSTRACT: We report the altered transcriptomic profile of astrocytes in midbrain organoids differentiated for 35 and 70 days and generated from a stem cell line carrying the LRRK2-G2019S mutation compared to the isogenic pair.
