Crebl2 regulates cell metabolism in muscle and liver cells (Hepa RNA-seq)

ABSTRACT: We report knockdown of Crebl2 in C2C12 and Hepa1-6 cells to explore its function in metabolism. To understand its role we perform RNS-Seq of control and Crebl2 RNAi cells in both cell lines.
