Microarray Analyses of mRNA and lncRNA in TAMs isolated from breast tumor of PyMT mice with or without chemotherapy

ABSTRACT: Chemotherapies have been shown to enhance anti-tumor immunity, but whether chemotherapies affect tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) is still uclear. We found TAMs is different with or without chemotherapy by comparing RNA profile of TAMs with or without chemotherapy.
