Exploring the effects of rearing densities on epigenetic modifications in the zebrafish gonads

ABSTRACT: The goal of this study was to determine whether there was a direct relationship between stress and DNA methylation changes in fish gonads. During sex differentiation, we studied the sensitive window to density. Sex ratios were studied and methylation of canonical reproduction-related genes was analysed.
