Estrogen deprivation triggers and immunosuppressive phenotype in breast cancer cells

ABSTRACT: Our study reveals that while antiestrogen therapies effectively limit tumor growth in ER-positive breast cancers, they also trigger a transcriptional program that favors immune evasion.
