Analysis of miRNA expression in young adult mouse colonocyte (YAMC) cells treated with IFNγ

ABSTRACT: Treatment with IFNγ results in alteration of miRNA expression in young adult mouse colonocyte (YAMC) cells. We used microarrays to examine the effect of IFNγ on miRNA expression in intestinal epithelial cells.
