ABSTRACT: Human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) were stratified into high- and low-growth capacity groups according to their growth potential in vitro which correlated with potency as assessed by standard MSC characterization assays. Gene expression profiling was then performed to undertand transcriptome level differences between them.
