LINE-1 promoter methylation analysis in brain development

ABSTRACT: We performed methylation analisys of L1MdTf sequence and IAPLTR1a during mouse brain development, in cortex, hippocampus and cerebellum at different developmental stages (E15.5, E18.5, P0, P3, P14). We defined specific waves of methylation for L1MdTf promoter.
