Establishment and characterization of a porcine B cell lymphoma cell line

ABSTRACT: Cells from porcine lymphoma tumors in the lymph node and spleen were cultured, cloned, and sequenced using Illumina next generation sequencing and compared to CD21+ or CD3+ splenocytes. Lymphoma clones were identified a B cell lymphomas by gene expression and surface marker presence.
