Transcriptome reprogramming via Tob2-promoted global mRNA turnover

ABSTRACT: We found that multilayered phosphorylation of human Tob2 modulates its PABP-binding ability to change global deadenylation and mRNA turnover, which in turn reprograms transcriptome to influence cell proliferation.
