The circulatory small non-coding RNA landscape in health and sepsis due to community-acquired pneumonia

ABSTRACT: We here sought to firstly identify differentially abundant circulatory small non-coding RNA in critically ill patients with sepsis due to community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) patients as compared to healthy subjects, and secondly delineate those putatively targeted cellular pathways.
