Gene expression profiles of LN-1 cells with IGFBP3 knockdown

ABSTRACT: To understand the signal pathways involved in IGFBP3 expression, LN1-1 cells were infected with lentivirus expressing IGFBP3 shRNA and confirmed the IGFBP3 expression by Western blot. Total RNA was extracted from LN1-1 pLKO-GFP and LN1-1 IGFBP3 sh5 cells and used for array analysis.
