Gene expression profiling of 126 colorectal cancer tissue samples

ABSTRACT: We have compared gene expression profiling by RNA sequencing and exon-resolution microarrays to determine the impact of analysis platform on clinically relevant transcriptomic subtyping frameworks. These samples represent a subset of the total series analyzed.
