ABSTRACT: Hypoxia is known to impact DNA repair mechanisms. The primary aim of this study was to examine the impact of chronic (5 days) hypoxia on the expression of DNA repair genes in glioblastoma and medulloblastoma cell lines. The NanoString nCounter VantageTM RNA Panel for DNA Damage and Repair (LBL-10250-03) was utilised to analyse gene expression using total RNA extracted from cells.
