ABSTRACT: To investigate the impact of Influenza A virus (IAV) infection on thymic development of mouse regulatory T cells (Tregs) and conventional T cells (Tconv), the TCR repertoire of thymic Tregs and Tconv of IAV-infected and control mice was analyzed.
