Gene expression of optic nerve head astrocytes in aged and glaucomatous mouse

ABSTRACT: Microbeads (experimental glaucoma) or saline solution (controls) were injected into right anterior chamber of young adult mice to induce high intraocular pressure in glaucoma group. In addition, 13 week old and 40 week old naïve C57bl/6 mice were also examined.
