RNA-Seq expression analysis of thymic epithelial cells (TEC) lacking expression of Hoil

ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of LUBAC in the development and maintenance of the thymic epithelail cells, we analysed the transcriptional changes that result from loss of HOIL - a critical component of the LUBAC protein complex rnecessary for complex assembly, stability and therefore function - in purified mouse thymic epithelial cell populations.
