Real-time quantitative PCR analysis of chondrogenic markers in iMPC with different treatments

ABSTRACT: Conventional TGF-β3 containing CM showed limited efficacy in promoting iMPCs chondrogenesis, which necessitated the development of a more optimal chondrogenic medium for iMPCs. Classic chondrogenic medium (CM) was compared with optimal chondrogenic medium (CM+BMP6), and basic meidum (BM) were served as control.
