Differential gene expression analysis on 24 arrays derived from the human HAC15 cell line

ABSTRACT: In order to investigate gene expression changes in a model of mitotane resistant adrenocortical carcinoma, we generated mitotane resistant clones from HAC15 bulk cells via long-term treatment followed by clonal selection.
