Single-cell analysis of Drosophila intestinal stem cells (ISCs) during ageing

ABSTRACT: We investigated the transcriptional profile of midgut ISCs from differentially aged animals at the single-cell resolution. We found that the ISCs in old animals showing a decrease transcription than young animals.
