Co-Morbid Multiple Sclerosis and Psoriasis: Clinical Outcomes and Gene Expression

ABSTRACT: Psoriasis was found to ameliorate multiple sclerosis (MS) outcomes when it MS onset. However, the molecular basis for this observation remains unclear. Herein, we compared the blood mononuclear cell transcriptome of psoriasis and MS comorbide (P/MS) patients with that of patients with either psoriasis or MS to understand the clinical observation.
