Single-cell dissection of aggression in honeybee colonies

ABSTRACT: Each sample includes 5 pooled whole-brains from adult worker honey bees collected across two behavioral groups: soldiers and foragers. We used the Chromium Single Cell 3' Reagent Kits with the Chromium Controller (10x Genomics) and performed sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
