Analysis of gene expression in shMETTL7B-A549 lung cancer cells

ABSTRACT: Deletion of shMETTL7B significantly decreased number of colony in colony forming assay and cell number in proliferation assay for NSCLC cells in in vitro and inhibited the tumorigenesis in vivo. In order to explore the mechanism, gene expression profiles of NSCLC cells were investigated.
